Subscription and Automatic Renewal

Thank you for choosing our subscription service! Please read the following terms regarding automatic billing carefully:

Authorization Statement

By registering for or using our subscription service, you authorize us to periodically charge your designated payment method to ensure uninterrupted service.

Automatic Renewal

Unless you terminate your subscription in accordance with this agreement, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, and the corresponding amount will be charged to your payment account.

Billing Date and Amount

Automatic charges will be processed before the end of each subscription cycle. The specific date and amount will depend on the service plan you select and will be reflected in your billing statement.

Cancellation of Renewal

If you wish to stop automatic renewal, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the next billing date via [Account Settings]. Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid period, and no further automatic charges will be applied.

Billing

Payments for the Service may be processed through third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize MindVideo.ai and its payment processors to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

Refunds

According to our terms of service, refunds are not available once you have used our services.

Due to occasional service interruptions or temporary instability, purchases cannot be refunded once the service has been used, even if short-term issues occur.

If you have not used the service, refunds are subject to the following policies:

EU or Turkey Customers

If you reside in the EU or Turkey, you are eligible to cancel your subscription and receive a refund within 14 days of initial purchase, applicable to both monthly and annual subscriptions. Please specify in your refund request that you are applying for a refund under EU or Turkey regulations. If there are any irregularities with your account, customer service may require you to provide relevant proof when processing the refund request.

All Other Customers

Monthly Subscriptions:
You can apply for a monthly refund within 24 hours after the initial purchase charge. Please state the reason for your refund request in your application.

Annual Subscriptions:
You can apply for a refund within 72 hours after the initial purchase charge. Please state the reason for your refund request in your application. No refunds will be granted for requests made after this period.

Refund Amount Explanation
During the payment of your subscription, the payment service provider charges certain transaction and processing fees, including but not limited to:
4.3% transaction fee;
0.4‰ subscription management fee;
USD 1.00 payment gateway fee.

Accordingly, when a refund is issued (if eligible), the refunded amount will be the net amount after deducting all applicable fees charged by the payment intermediaries. These fees are imposed by the payment service providers and cannot be controlled or reimbursed by our platform.

Although we strictly adhere to our policies, we may not be able to fulfill your refund request if there are irregularities with your account. We strive to make our refund policy as fair as possible.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it and get back to you within 7-10 business days. However, please note that if you have previously received a refund for our services, we reserve the right to deny subsequent refund requests. This policy is designed to prevent abuse of our refund system and ensure fair use of our services.

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions provided on the Site. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease.

Termination by MindVideo.ai

MindVideo.ai may terminate or suspend your account or access to the Service, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately terminate, and you must cease all use of the Service. Any accrued rights or obligations will survive termination, including those related to payment and intellectual property.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. MindVideo.ai does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindVideo.ai disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Platform Service Stability:The Service may experience temporary interruptions or unavailability. MindVideo.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the use or inability to use the Service.

Third-Party API Stability:The Service relies on third-party APIs, which may occasionally become unstable or experience downtime. MindVideo.ai is not responsible for disruptions caused by these third-party services.

Limitation of Liability
